Behold the Oscar the Grouch of Pokemon Sweet everyone. But in all seriousness this is one of the most difficult Pokesweets I had to design thus also technically making it the Pokesweet I put the most time into. While I am glad how it turned out I do wish I came out with a concept a lot sooner.
